Augie Choice applications should be completed a minimum of 60 days prior to program departure as it can take up to 30 days for applicants to be approved. Approved funds are disbursed no more than 30 days before departure. Questions pertaining to Augie Choice should be directed to Ginny Schuette.

All materials marked REQUIRED must be complete by October 15 to be approved for travel abroad during the J-term 2022.

Students must apply and submit a deposit for a 23-24 program before February 28, 2023, to be invited to apply for the Passport Grant.
Invitations will be sent out to qualifying applicants the first week of March 2023.
Passport Grants provide up to $1000 to pay for expenses abroad.
